Oil on canvas, signed lower left and located on the back. Dimensions 65x54cm and 85x74cm with its gilded wooden frame. Eschbach A pupil of JP Laurens at the Académie Julian, Paul Eschabch exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1903. He won several awards there, including a gold medal in 1920. A lover of Brittany and a member of the Concarneau school (he was president of the Artistic Union there with Barnoin), he devoted himself mainly to seascapes and landscapes from 1920. As in our painting, we find in his works a beautiful light enhanced by the atmosphere specific to the Breton coast.
