Pair of large covered porcelain jugs with a rich floral decoration known as Hue Blue (cobalt blue on a white background), 20th century. The Hue Blue decoration, in reference to the Imperial capital of Vietnam, is recognizable by this deep cobalt blue color under enameled glaze. It is generally produced in southern China and was intended for the mandarins of the Imperial court in Hue. Large format, very furnishing pieces and great decoration. Ideal to complete an 18th or 19th century decor. In perfect condition. No accidents, nor broken-repaired parts. Height: 44cm Diameter at the widest: 18cm
