The majority of our stock will be shipped from there. For smaller items weighing less than 20 kg and with a circumference of 180 cm (w + h x 2), this will be a box of approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm. Delivery within 7 to 14 days depending on your location. Customs fees may be applied to your package, payable upon delivery. Large items to the UK and EU: These items will be shipped by our own shipping partners who operate between the UK, France, and Spain. We aim to ship these items within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times may vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Large items - Shipping overseas. We will need your full address to obtain the actual cost of shipping from our shipping partners. Once all costs are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if necessary. The shipment will then be delivered to our UK shipping partners and booked for the next departure. Departures can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to arrange customs taxes (you may be liable for tax on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can assist you. These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance For any shipment for which you have paid additional insurance, in case of damage during transit. Any damage must be reported to the final destination carrier and to us immediately so that we can begin the claims process. Returns In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a return and refund. Returns must be in the original packaging as received. Items must be returned "as sold". The buyer must inform the relevant shipping company that this is a return and cover all costs.
