Patinated plaster male bust by the sculptress Ernestine Sirine-Réal (1899-1994), signed on the front "Alphonse de Montparnasse" and on the back "Sirine". This expressive work depicts a man with a lively gaze and a slightly inclined posture, realistically capturing the model's features. The artist, active in 1920s Paris, follows the tradition of sculpted portraits in the artistic Montparnasse, where models from diverse cultural backgrounds inspired creators.
