This Empire dressing table in blond cherry wood opens at the waist with a long concealed drawer. It is distinguished by its large pivoting mirror with a mitered frame. The mirror is supported by two cylindrical columns topped with spinning tops and adorned with chiseled bronze rings. The front uprights are placed on a concave plinth at the front, ending in wafer-shaped feet. These two columns are accompanied by ornate rings at the top and collars at the bottom.
