Black cloth cap, black short velvet headband, all trimmed with silver braid, flaming bomb embroidered in cannetille and silver sequins directly on the headband, false chinstrap in silver ribbed lines held by two silver bell buttons. Top of cap decorated with a Hungarian knot. Black leather sweatband. Black silk inner cap. France. Late Third Republic. Good condition. Size 54 cm.
