Georgian Large miniature ring in 18 karat gold. Rectangular in shape, this ring features a painted miniature in its center, protected by polished rock crystal with beveled edges. The miniature depicts a young woman seated on a stone, caressing a lamb and welcoming a dove on her left hand. The lady wears a white gown with a draped effect and carries a laurel wreath with a Rococo influence marked by the softness of her features. The miniature is polychromed in pastel tones, with the shoulders in a fleur-de-lis motif. Sentimental jewelry from the late 18th century.
