"Belle Epoque Art Nouveau Diamond Necklace On Platinum And White Gold, On Its White Gold Chain"
Very pretty necklace with a Belle Epoque Art Nouveau pendant, with curves very evocative of this period, delicately crafted in platinum (mascaron head hallmark), set with rose-cut diamonds. These volutes lightly wrap around a central old-cut diamond, while their movement leads the eye to a second old-cut diamond, mounted as a mobile pendant, as is customary on these jewels. Two discreet rings on the back of the pendant serve as hooks for a removable chain in 18 KT white gold (owl hallmark) with a link faithful to the aesthetics of this period, fitted with two spring ring clasps. The back of the brooch in 750/°° white gold (18 KT, owl hallmark) offered, by the addition of two yellow gold systems, the possibility of wearing the jewel as a brooch as well. The systems are still present but the pin is not provided here because the pendant was ultimately intended to be worn preferably as a necklace. This system can be removed on request by our workshop (contact us). A necklace with a motif very representative of the Art Nouveau period, with a delicate and refined design, with a very airy finish. Weight of old-cut diamonds estimated at 0.43 carat (including center 0.26 ct) Weight of rose-cut diamonds estimated at 0.30 carat A total weight of diamonds estimated at approximately 0.73 ct Total gross weight: 10.82 g Condition: imperceptible micro-scratches, natural inclusions in the diamonds not visible to the naked eye.
