Grace and innocence! A touching wooden representation of this Child with elegant movement. Sculpted in the round, polychromed and gilded, the presence of the haloed Child is reinforced by the glass eyes which, as always, give a certain depth. Used condition with a beautiful patina – some losses, notably the right foot.
