"Email From Limoges Camille Fauré "
We present this beautiful Limoges enamel by one of the most famous Limoges enamelers, Camille Fauré. Flowers in relief, this enamel is very well framed. Camille is the son of two painters, he was born in Périgueux on November 16, 1872 and died on October 7, 1956. It was only in 1925 that he created his own company in Limoges, five or six enamelers had the right to create in his workshop under the signature of Camille Fauré. Upon his death, his daughter took over the company in 1956 until 1985 when the house closed its doors for good. Camille Fauré left us sumptuous vases with geometric decorations. I have owned many of them over the past twenty years. Our painting is a modest but not uninteresting work. Weight 129 gr (E25)
