Condition Report The blue and white upholstery has been recently reupholstered, the woodwork on the chairs is painted cream and shows signs of age and use. About Us Rocaille has a warehouse in the South of France, in Montpellier, and a head office in England. We ship items between the UK, Ireland and France every few weeks. We also ship worldwide. We supply antiques to the general public, interior designers, film set designers and commercial businesses. Shipping Our main warehouse is located in Montpellier in the South of France. The majority of our stock will be shipped from there. For smaller items weighing less than 20 kg and measuring 180 cm (W + H x 2), this corresponds to a box of approximately 50 x 30 x 40 cm. Delivery 7-14 days depending on your location. You may be subject to customs charges for your parcel which will be payable upon delivery of your item. Large items to the UK and EU These items will be shipped with our own shipping partners who operate between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to dispatch these items within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries, but delivery times may vary. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Large Items - Overseas Shipping. We will need your full address to obtain a true shipping cost from our freight forwarding partners. Once all costs are agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if necessary. The shipment will then be delivered to our freight forwarding partners in the UK and booked for the next sailing. Sailings can take between 2 and 4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to arrange customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can help. These overseas deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance. For any shipment for which you have paid additional insurance, in the unfortunate event of damage during transit. All damages must be reported to the final destination carrier and to us immediately so that we can initiate the claims process. Returns In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase to arrange a return and refund. Returns must be in the original packaging as received. Items must be returned in "as sold" condition. The buyer must notify the relevant shipping company that this is a return and cover all costs.
