Measuring just 5.5 cm tall, this miniature jug was excavated from a Dutch river, the Rotte, dug in 1990 during the construction of a railway tunnel. It is likely a child's toy. We bought it directly from the person who excavated it, and they have had it in their collection since 1990. We don't specialize in this type of pitcher, but we loved its size and detail.
