Votive plaque in filigree brass and flower motifs in turquoise and colored stones, Nepalese or Sino-Tibetan art of the 19th century. Representation of the four-armed goddess TARA, the body of the goddess is made of coral. The goddess is a female bodhisattva (who has not yet reached Enlightenment). She is the protective deity of Tibet, her name can be translated as "she who saves (or delivers)". Of different colors depending on its different forms, Red Tara is rarer, she symbolizes wrath but also attracts good things. Missing a "petal" of one of the orange flowers
