"19th Century Russian Bronze; "walking Bear""
Russian bronze 19th century gilded patina representing a walking bear. The realism of the modeling and the chiseling brings expressiveness and great presence to the sculpture as well as the meticulousness of the details such as the look or the claws. This bronze was originally on a malachite plate broken and thrown away by the previous owners which explains the holes under 2 feet of the bear. L: 13.5cm H: 7cm l: 5cm Good condition.
