Syrian dagger called magdali - Syria, circa 1900 A superb example of this type of Syrian dagger. Handle made of a complex construction of accumulation of horn and bone elements inlaid with silver, brass and bone. Scabbard with wooden core covered with leather and two nielloed silver elements.
