Short acinaceous sword with ball pommel - Archaic Persia, Luristan (Louristan), early 1st millennium BC Bronze sword with double-edged blade and median ridge. Cylindrical handle and ball pommel. The hollow pommel was probably originally inlaid with bone or other material. Accidents at the top of the hilt. The pommel is detached. This sword comes from an old Belgian collection formed in the 1970s.
