"Louis XV Period Children's Chair"
Small chair in carved and molded beech. Decorated with acanthus, flowers and foliage. Flat back, arched legs. Tapestry in petit point with floral decoration (worn). Gilt highlights (later). Stamp of Amand Henri, received master cabinetmaker in 1749. Hallmarks of jurande. Circa 1750. Total height 85 cm, seat height 41 cm, width 50 cm, seat depth 42 cm. Formerly caned, wear.
