Antique ring in 18-carat yellow gold (0.750 title) and openwork platinum dome decorated with diamonds. In the center of the dome is an antique brilliant-cut central diamond of approximately 0.40 ct (H color, SI1 clarity). The ring is also decorated with 18 diamonds for a total weight of 0.60 ct.
