"Louis XVperiod Marquetry Coffee Table Stamped D.genty"
Curved and fretted living room table stamped D.GENTY on all sides. The top is decorated with a very pretty floral marquetry on a satin wood background in a violet wood frame, like the whole of this table. It opens with a drawer in the belt revealing a removable top forming a writing desk and covered with a Havana-colored leather covered with gold on its edge. It rests on 4 finely arched legs, by closed shoes in chiseled and gilded bronze. Very beautiful work typically from the Louis XV period in Paris bearing the stamp D.GENTY received master in 1754 and the hallmark of the jurande. Table in perfect condition, revarnished with a stamp, entirely period, chiseled and gilded bronzes, lock with its key which works perfectly.
