Beautiful PMrimitive treen, Superb large grain grinder, used during 19th century for oat porridge and Sarazin flour, "buckwheat". Obviously, it is Breton, signed by Gagnard in Bazouges.

Carved from mass, turned on its two facades and decorated with threads, (the bowl is superbly turned), object can be dismantled thanks to its 4 wooden screws, fineness of grinding is obtained by the large central screw.
Large interior millstone is conical, made from wood inlaid with iron jaws.
This mill is complete, very good condition, beautiful patina, some wormholes.
