Freemason's Chatelaine, Louis XVI, Polished Steel, And Its Two Rotating Seals

Beautiful object, rare and of quality, Louis XVI period; *
It is a chatelaine to seal, attached at period to the clasp of the watch chain, it measures 18.5cm, and is all from steel, in the fashion of England, which had launched the export under Louis XVI.
The openwork geometric cutouts are studded with faceted steel, like so many diamonds.
Two pompoms, faceted steel and silk are very decorative and frame two rotating seals, Louis XV style, showing 4 oval intaglios on steel, 2 profiles, the coat of arms of a sailor, and a very beautiful Masonic intaglio.
Good condition, could be better polished, a small lack of a steel diamond, (red arrow)
