This 1930 mascot representing an Egyptian dancer is French-made, it is signed Alonzo on the base with the mention Etling Paris on the edge of the base. It is in silver-plated bronze, of beautiful craftsmanship. It is authentic and old. The marble base was added later. Dominique Alonzo (active between 1912 and 1926) is a French sculptor representative of the Art Deco period. She exhibited her works from 1912 and 1926 at the Salon de la Société des Artistes Français. His detailed statuettes mainly show female figures dressed in long dresses, sometimes nudes, more rarely male figures.
