"Stamped Copper Daubier"
Large copper stewpot. Period Late 18th - Early 19th century most likely. Hallmarked stewpot: Owner's marks: Nesting lid with rolled edge on wrought iron stiffener. The handles are riveted copper. The bottom is assembled on the dovetail principle, as are the sides facing the handles. The interior is tinned. Excellent condition, no dents. The hallmark makes it rare and of interest to collectors. Do not hesitate to ask for additional photos if necessary.
