Pair of Medici porcelain vases circa 1820-1830. Large pair of Medici-shaped vases resting on lion paws. The handles end in bearded heads. Each vase is decorated on one side with a cartouche of different flowers. The rest of the vase is decorated with scrolls, interlacing, birds, and trellises on or against a blue background. French work circa 1820-1830, the Medici in white is from Limoges attributed to Coussac, and the decoration was painted in Paris at the same time. Height 35 cm Width 25.5 cm The vases have very small restorations at the vase-foot junction, very barely visible. One foot has undergone a small restoration.
