"Cut Crystal And Gilt Bronze Box, Napoleon III Period"
Elegant rectangular crystal box finely engraved with floral garlands, mounted on a chiseled and gilded bronze structure decorated with acanthus friezes and rocaille motifs. The lid is adorned with a miniature painted under glass depicting a gallant scene in the 18th century style, framed with bronze scrolls and garlands. Refined work from the second half of the 19th century, typical of the Napoleon III style.
