"Hogon Cup, Dogon Shaman Mali"
Superb Dogon cup, used during the enthronement of the Hogon, this container contains the meat that the priest will share with his servants. The lid is symbolically carved with a wild animal eating a lizard, former collection of Professor Delboy, a humanitarian doctor from Marseille who often intervened in Mali in the 1960s.
