"Brass Basin - 18th Century"
18th century brass basin, bed warmer. Origin Lorraine? In embossed brass, decorated with an eagle. The lid has a rolled edge on a wrought iron stiffener, as does the basin. The socket is wrought iron. The handle is old but probably not original. The copper rivets are old except for the lid joint. Good general condition. Some slight deformations on the bottom of the basin related to age and the use made of it. See photos
