"Flemish Corpus Christi ~ First Half Of The 17th Century"
A fine Flemish Corpus Christi with ebony and tortoiseshell veneered base, dating from the first half of the 18th century. The Corpus features the finest anatomical carving, and is in almost perfect condition, except for a missing finger on the right hand. The cross bears the INRI plaque above, but the skull is missing. The base is in good condition.
