- Large basting spoon called " à pot", with a slightly curved spatula with a central rib bearing the coat of arms in a rocaille cartouche.
- Hallmarks (on the stem): Master silversmith: AC with a crowned Holy Spirit for Antoine Chayé, Parisian master silversmith from 1747 to 1754 [3 T. I p.250]; warden's mark: L surmounted by a crown, Paris from January 12, 1752 to July 15, 1752 [1, n°421]; charge: A crowned with palms and laurels for large silver works, Paris from October 1, 1750 to October 1, 1756 [1, n°410]; discharge: a boar's head for large silver works, Paris from October 1, 1750 to October 1, 1756 [1, n°412]; two "Minerva" hallmarks as a XXth century french control of the metal.
