An essential icon of design and ultimate comfort, the Lounge Chair No. 670 and its ottoman 671 were created by American designers Charles and Ray Eames in the 1950s. The Rio rosewood veneer structure is composed of thermoformed molded plywood shells connected by silent blocks. The armchair and its ottoman rest on a black lacquered aluminum star base.
