hick chiseled Genoa velvet, of very high quality, for this very beautiful pair of Château hangings and its matching valance with a large floral and fleur-de-lis decor. 19th century period.

These are heavy textiles from another time which have this indefinable charm of beautiful fabrics.
Burgundy in color for the whole and the presence of lovely colors: green, beige and some metallic threads punctuate the pink color. Velvet in excellent condition, these high quality hangings are lined with cotton canvas, a gathering braid is in place to facilitate hanging.
Plan for dry cleaning.
