"Mahogany Display Cabinet – 1920"
This mahogany veneer display cabinet, dating from the 1920s, is a remarkable piece of furniture for its elegance and functionality. The upper section, set back, opens with a double door with curved glass, revealing three shelves ideal for displaying precious objects or books. These doors are fitted with a lock with bronze entries, adding a touch of security and refinement. The lower section of the desk offers a sliding shelf covered in red leather, providing a comfortable and luxurious writing surface. Below, two doors and two drawers with inlaid fronts feature decorations of vases, garlands, bows and pompoms, testifying to the craftsmanship of the period.
