Théodore DECK (1823-1891): Very pretty Japanese-style bowl with a polylobed shape in glazed earthenware on a gadrooned pedestal, polychrome decoration representing plants and flowering branches animated by flying butterflies, white background enhanced with turquoise sponge. Signature of the stamp in hollow purple enamel "THDeck", circa 1880
