Elegant "Return from Egypt" armchair in cherry wood, late 18th/early 19th century. Its slightly cabriolet backrest receives armrests with cuffs resting on sheathed uprights ending in stylized lion mouths at the top and in lion claw feet at the base. The purity of its lines gives this armchair a rare elegance that will allow it to fit into both a classic and a more contemporary interior. Traditional upholstery redone and covered with a dark gray off-white mottled fabric, double black cord trimmings enhanced with satin black nails.
