Each towel has a rare damask with framed lily flower patterns, in a small regular grid, with a bright and refined rendering. The damask is delicately woven, evoking a household linen of a large house or an aristocratic domain.These towels are monogrammed LB, finely hand-embroidered letters in white on white.
Huge: 95 cm x 70 cm
The weaving and quality of the linen suggest a manufacture of the late 19th century, around 1880-1900.
