"Jean-françois Veyrat : Large Louis XV Style Sterling Silver Box / Casket"
Sublime Louis XV style large Box / Casket in solid Silver. Rectangular box with decoration all sides and lid composed of leafy branches and garlands of flowers including roses bordered with scrolls / rocaille. The hinged lid features an asymmetrical monogrammed cartouche in its center. Box is equipped with a locking system whose key is missing. Minerva 1st Title (.950) hallmarks and Hallmark of Master Goldsmith Jean-François VEYRAT received in 1831. This sublime large Box / Casket is in very good condition, also revised and cleaned by our Goldsmith, micro-scratches. To discover through the attached photos ...
