Pair of neoclassical prints engraved by Ragona in 1799, based on drawings by Lodovico da Bologna, and printed by the renowned Remondini press in Bassano del Grappa.Titled "The Earth" and "The Air", they are part of an allegorical series representing the four natural elements.Each print measures 50 x 39.5 cm and is preserved in its original cherry wood frame (55 x 44.5 cm), mounted on a wooden stretcher.These are fine examples of late 18th-century Italian engravings, with significant artistic and historical value.
