"Painted Sheet Metal Fountain, Restoration Period"
Fountain or Samovar in black painted sheet metal resting on 4 claw feet in gilded sheet metal. In the lower part, the sheet metal is decorated with work carried out in pierced on three sides. The central shaft is decorated with two lion muzzles in gilded sheet metal, each holding a ring. At the back a drawer was used to put the embers to heat the contents of the receptacle, while the lid rises to add the coffee. The sheet metal is in good condition, the black paint has flakes and losses. Period: Years 1830-1840 Delivery in France: 35 euros
