Oriental flintlock pistol - Maghreb, probably Morocco, 20th century Late-made pistol, which I think dates from the mid-20th century. A weapon most likely used for fantasia, that is to say for firing powder but without a projectile. Brass barrel held to the wood by three silver elements worked in repoussé with floral decoration. Wood decorated with brass inlays. Flintlock from a local forge. Functional mechanism. The ramrod is blocked. Missing a screw at the counter-plate (without consequence on the plate).
