"16th Century Oak Sideboard With Richly Carved Decoration Renaissance Haute époque 16th"
Oak sideboard opening with two doors entirely carved with gadroons, interlacing and leafy masks, the sides with raised panels. This is the upper part of a two-part piece of furniture, restored and transformed into a low sideboard, hence its advantageous shallow depth. It dates from the second half of the 16th century. Two shelves are present inside, the lock (currently without a key) and the hinges have been replaced, we note on the restored top the location of two small missing elements as well as a filled chip at the front. The closest color to reality is that of the first photograph. Height 91 cm - width 107 cm - depth 32 cm. Very pretty little piece of furniture in good general condition, beautiful patina.
