"Pair Of Regency Style Gilt Bronze Candlesticks"
Pair of finely chiseled gilt bronze candlesticks in the Regency style. Set on a richly ornamented octagonal base decorated with a shield, the four-sided shaft features Roman-style faces on its top, including a head crowned with laurels and a bearded hero.
The octagonal socket features a bird rising towards the sun and an antique vase.
Height 24cm
The candlesticks are presented in their original gilding which shows some wear on the base.
