Large Empire style cup / breakfast and saucer in gilded Paris porcelain, decorated with fine gold gilded threads and palmettes. Restoration period around 1830. It has kept its vermeil spoon (solid silver gilded with fine gold) bearing the old man's hallmark. Our cup is a very rare large format whose useful volume lends itself to use as a breakfast cup today in the 21st century. The set is in excellent condition. Very fresh gilding, no accidents.
