"Oberhaeuser-hartnack Microscope, C. 1860"
Medium drum microscope model signed "G. Oberhaeuser / E. Hartnack / Place Dauphine 21 / Paris" and bearing the serial number "3360", so we can date this microscope around 1859-1860 before the mention Hartnack successor. This model is in good condition and very complete. It has retained two objectives, two eyepieces numbered 2 and 3, its condenser loupe and its under-stage mirror. The edge of one of the two eyepieces is slightly bent but this does not affect its use and its optical qualities. The whole is kept in its original mahogany transport case. The box measures 25.5x12.5x10cm.
