Small, characterful Viennese bronze depicting a French bulldog, with a mischievous eye and pricked ear, head turned as if it had heard a suspicious noise. A lively and animated piece, with an old cold-painted polychrome patina (with light wear typical of age).
Marked with the famous amphora stamp "B" of the Franz Bergmann workshop. Viennese work circa 1900.
