His workshop was in Biot where he worked on new techniques, notably the inclusion of gold and silver in his works. Then he opened a gallery in the lower part of his workshop. His greatest success came in 1987, when an exhibition at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs featured four of his pieces selected by Jack Lang. He was then in demand worldwide, including Japan, Belgium, and the United States.
