Pair of epaulettes of Captain of the Guard of King Gustav V of Sweden (1858-1950)The epaulettes are in ribbed silver and red fabric. The hooping is in solid silver struck with goldsmiths' hallmarks. The stylized monogram of King Gustav V surmounted by the royal crown is in gilded brass; the epaulette is finished with the three stars of the rank of Captain in gilded brass and the three Swedish crowns, symbol of the country, in a silver button. This pair of epaulettes is of great singularity and of exceptional quality of manufacture.
