"Alignment Circle, Jecker, C. 1810"
Rare Jecker signature on a surveying instrumentAlignment circle with two telescopes signed "Jecker à Paris", datable around 1810. Jecker's surveying and geodesy instruments are uncommon. The alignment circle measures 16cm in diameter, the telescopes measure 26cm and 27cm. Between the two telescopes, a water level. The assembly is mounted on a ball joint with four leveling screws. Despite old polishing, good mechanical and optical condition.
