"Louis XV Elephant Clock "
Important and rare Louis XV style porcelain and gilt bronze elephant clock , the upper part decorated with a porcelain Chinese figure. It rests on a gilt bronze base ; finely chiseled.
The white enamel dial with hour and minute indication signed Planchon in Paris.
A French work circa 1880-1890.
This clock is very impressive and of a superior quality !
