Pretty game table that can be used as a pedestal table, in fruit wood in the Louis XV style. It rests on four arched legs, each ending in a fine carved wooden shoe. The belt is scalloped and decorated with a slight molding. The top is composed of a fixed part and a removable part. The fixed part of the top is formed by the frame, the edge of which has a pretty molded beak work and four rounded corners. The central part of the top is removable and also reversible. One side is decorated with frieze work, the second is covered with brown leather adorned with a gold frieze. The edges of this part have a hollow groove forming a grip to position the chosen face. A storage surface is provided in the belt to store cards, games, pawns etc. This piece of furniture is a beautiful handcrafted piece from the middle of the 20th century.
