Very fine mordanted cotton canvas, dyed with plant colors (including indigo and madder) and brushed. Decorated with a profusion of Indian flowers in a garden of paradise with baroque interlacing, a design close to the "Bizarre" of Lyon silks. Framed by floral borders with architectural decoration on three sides, highlighted by fine ochre borders and dating from the same period. More information on request.
